You’re quiet my baby
Sleepy sleepy
I was writing some poetry
When I felt you become a little more heavy

Drift away, dream about
The wild adventures you’re gonna have
The sweet memories we’re already creating
We’re going all out

I still can’t believe
I get to spend the rest of my life with you
This seems too good to be true
Enjoy every moment of it is all I can do

I know now what it feels to be a mother
I hold you close, I can protect you
From any harm, from any hurt
But this won’t always be true

Soon you’ll already be out and about
I’ll have to let you explore and play outside my aura for a while
This won’t be easy, I cannot lie
Having your heart living outside your body, I hope I’ll survive

You precious little gem
I really do want to hold on to you forever
But I promise I will do my best
So you can live your life to the fullest
